Hey there! I'm Annie, a full-time content creator based in Australia! My makeup collection could probably last a lifetime, and I'm always up for a good pasta dish with room for desserts, of course. If you scroll through my phone, it's basically a Loki (my dachshund) gallery—he's my baby.

I'm all about overdressing for dinner; it's practically my religion. While I've managed to become an early bird, deep down, I'm a night owl. You might catch me indulging in snacks while binge-watching a Netflix series, especially if it's something thriller or horror-related.

I am a social butterfly and enjoy hosting parties and bringing the people I love together.

What does your home mean to you?

For me, as someone who primarily works from home, it's my sanctuary. Comfort and relaxation are non-negotiable, and I've curated each room to evoke a distinct ambiance, ensuring I never feel confined.

Our spacious backyard, complete with five charming chickens, becomes my go-to for a breath of fresh air and a dose of sunshine whenever I need a break. Home is not just a space; it's a dynamic haven tailored to balance productivity and serenity.

What is your favourite room in your home, and why?

My top pick is the living room—it's the heart of our home. My partner and I share countless moments there, immersed in our favourite movies and eating delicious home-cooked meals. The room exudes a vibrant, light-filled ambiance, coupled with an abundance of comfort that makes it our cosy retreat.

Coming in as a close second is the kitchen/dining area. It's currently undergoing a revamp, and I can already envision I'll be entering my hosting and table-scape era once it's completed. Exciting times ahead!

How did you get interested in interiors and design?

While I'm still a novice in the realm of home renovations, my passion traces back to my childhood. Watching shows like Grand Designs has been a consistent source of inspiration—something that still holds true today. Even as a kid, I found joy in regularly reshaping and reimagining the layout and aesthetic of my room. The thrill of giving a space a refreshing facelift has always excited me.
