NSW & ACT Customers
From Wednesday 28 July, it was announced lockdown in Greater Sydney, including the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Shellharbour, will be extended for at least another four weeks (until Saturday 28 August). Existing restrictions will remain in place until this time. Restrictions in regional NSW remain unchanged.
From 5pm Thursday 12 August, ACT will go into a 7 day lock down.
We will still offer phone orders as needed, Contactless Delivery*, Click and Collect from our warehouse and selected stores:

VIC Customers
Friday 28 Aug 2021, it was announced lockdown in Melbourne will last for seven days and there will only be five reasons for leaving home: getting groceries and supplies, exercise, care or caregiving, authorised work or education that cannot be done from home and getting vaccinated. Under the rules, shopping and exercise must be done within five kilometres of your home.

QLD Customers
From 4pm Saturday 8 Aug, the 11 Local Government Areas in South East Queensland will come out of lockdown. However, the Cairns and Yarrabah Local Government Areas will go into lockdown for three days. The same rules will apply as the South East Queensland lockdown, however, two visitors will be allowed in homes. We will still offer phone orders as needed, Contactless Delivery*, Click and Collect from our warehouse.

For products that are "Pre-Order", a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the item lead time and estimated delivery date after you place an order.

CONTACTLESS SERVICES

Our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, our team members and our communities. To maintain the social distancing guidelines specified by the Australian Government, we have introduced several changes to the way you shop with us and would like to share them with you.



Contactless Collection

Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store team will have your order ready for contactless collection. 

Step 1: Place your order online

Step 2: We'll contact you to arrange a collection day & time 

Step 3: We'll ask you  to confirm collection method "Self Collection" or "Assisted Collection"

Step 4: Bring your order slip to the store warehouse, and we’ll have it either ready to collect in the ‘contactless collection bay’ or we’ll load it into your vehicle as you wait in the comfort of your front seat!

Step 5: In line with government requirements we remind you to please wear a face mask when entering James Lane stores and practice social distancing.

Contactless Delivery

We have convenient contactless delivery options available. Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store team will take care of the delivery for you. 

Step 1: Place your order online

Step 1: We’ll contact to confirm your delivery day

Step 1: We’ll ask you to confirm your preferred delivery option – either contactless delivery into your ‘room of choice*’, or delivery to your doorstep only

Step 1: We’ll deliver! No signature is necessary – however drivers will ask for your name to note on our delivery paperwork and take a photo of the products & delivery slip as proof of delivery

*NSW & VIC Customers*
In accordance with the NSW & VIC Government, our drivers and couriers cannot enter customer homes.
As such, we cannot offer our NSW and VIC customers in-home assembly and all orders will be delivered to the front door.
