Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in shipments and we may be running low on certain products.
For products that are "Pre-Order", a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the item lead time and estimated delivery date after you place an order.

Our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, our team members and our communities. To maintain the social distancing guidelines specified by the Australian Government, we have introduced several changes to the way you shop with us and would like to share them with you.

Contactless Customer Service (in-store)

Our stores have increased cleaning measures in place with hand sanitiser available for use. We encourage you to please use cashless payments where possible. 

Please follow the in-store guides on queuing to maintain a 1.5m distance between you and others. 



Contactless Collection

Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store team will have your order ready for contactless collection. 

Step 1: 
Place your order online

Step 2: 
We'll contact you to arrange a collection day & time 

Step 3: 
We'll ask you  to confirm collection method "Self Collection" or "Assisted Collection"

Step 4: 
Bring your order slip to the store warehouse, and we’ll have it either ready to collect in the ‘contactless collection bay’ or we’ll load it into your vehicle as you wait in the comfort of your front seat!


Contactless Delivery

We have convenient contactless delivery options available. Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store team will take care of the delivery for you. 

Step 1:
Place your order online

Step 2:
We’ll contact to confirm your delivery day

Step 3:
We’ll ask you to confirm your preferred delivery option – either contactless delivery into your ‘room of choice’, or delivery to your doorstep only

Step 4:
We’ll deliver! No signature is necessary – however drivers will ask for your name to note on our delivery paperwork and take a photo of the products & delivery slip as proof of delivery
